The Economic Society of Australia (QLD) cordially invites its members (and Young Economists) to President's Drinks 2012 featuring ESA Queensland President, Michael Knox.

Michael Knox is Chief Economist and Director of Strategy at RBS Morgans. Before becoming an economist he worked in the Foreign Service.  He speaks French and Arabic and happens to hold a Queensland Firearm's License which has proven to be an internationally acceptable form of identification for the purpose of currency exchange.  He regularly appears in the media and his newsletters are read widely.

The event is free for members; it is an evening to consider the year that has passed and to celebrate our traditions.
