Dr Boyd Blackwell will present research he has undertaken with CQU Prof. John Rolfe and colleagues on "Economic benefits from native fish and river restoration for inland rivers of NSW." This analysis is of relevance to Queensland, too.
Dr Boyd Blackwell is Senior Economist, Freshwater Environment Branch, NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development - Fisheries and Forestry. He is also President of the Australia New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics (ANZSEE).
