Associate, Senior Associate and Manager Positions – Infrastructure and Projects Advisory

About the job

One purpose, one practice

We are public purpose specialists who support governments, agencies and other organisations to deliver services to Australians, helping to build more resilient, equitable, secure and prosperous communities. One purpose, one practice. We are guided by our values of Stronger Together, Amplify Impact, Build Trusted Relationships, Value Every Person, Think Beyond Limits, and Defined by Ethics.

The Team

Our Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure team operates at the heart of this purpose, advising our clients on the projects that shape Australia’s future. We deliver end-to-end expertise to support Australia’s growth today and tomorrow focused on some of WA’s most iconic built form and economic infrastructure projects. Our diversity of industry experience, insight and deep capability drives confidence in project outcomes.

We support our clients across the full lifecycle – from the upfront strategy and planning phases, through to procurement and project delivery and into asset management. This is an opportunity to join our growing team with the potential to support Australia’s energy transition, respond to the health, housing and social challenges facing Australians, and supporting a transport network of the future.

The Roles

We are embarking on a period of significant growth and have multiple opportunities at various levels (Associate through to Manager) to support our Infrastructure and Projects Advisory service areas.

We help organisations figure out the best way to plan, structure, fund and/or finance, and deliver infrastructure projects, like transport, energy, housing, health or social infrastructure, so that these projects support their long-term goals.

As part of our team:

  • You'll be hands-on in delivering great results for clients. That means understanding what each project needs, working closely with different stakeholders, doing research and analysis, and helping put together high-quality reports and presentations.
  • You’ll be involved in supporting a range of projects across different sectors and clients, working alongside experts from different backgrounds and applying the latest thinking in the field.
  • Your day-to-day work might include preparing reports and presentations, and updating clients on how projects are progressing, both in writing and in meetings.
  • Most importantly, you’ll help us understand the big challenges our clients face, and come up with smart, modern ways to solve them.

You'll be supported by experienced senior team members who will provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship throughout your projects. While you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, there will always be someone to turn to for advice, direction, or a second pair of eyes.

About You

Aligned to our values, you're collaborative in nature and love working in and celebrating as a team. You respect and care for your colleagues and are curious about others’ views and reflect on the impact we have on others.

You have a growth mindset. You're interested in asking questions to challenge our thinking and love new ideas and trying new things. You're curious about and able to put yourself in the clients’ shoes; you earn and value the trust placed in us.

You're someone who does what you say you'll do, you do the right thing when no-one is looking, and you call it when you feel something isn’t quite right.

You will bring to the position:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, concise and impactful presentations/reports in agreed timeframes.

  • Motivated and effective in a fast-paced culture.
  • Continuous learning mindset. You want to learn from others and you invest in your own learning.
