DEPUTY GOVERNOR’S LUNCHEON ADDRESS
The Economic Society of Australia (Queensland Branch) held an important luncheon address by Michele Bullock, Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) on 19 July 2022 at the Hilton Hotel.
About the Speaker
Michele Bullock is the Deputy Governor at the Reserve Bank of Australia. She was appointed to her current position on 2 April 2022. She is Deputy Chair of the Reserve Bank Board and Deputy Chair of the Payments System Board and member of Chief Executive Women (CEW). Prior to her current role, Ms Bullock was the Assistant Governor (Financial System).
Ms Bullock also held a variety of senior management positions in the Bank. She was Assistant Governor (Business Services), Assistant Governor (Currency), Adviser for the Currency Group and, before that, Head of Payments Policy Department.
